  We bought a 14 plate mini at the end of July 2017 and picked it up a week later. As soon as we left something didn't work so we turned straight round. Somebody hadn't reconnected a lead so that was done quickly so off we went. We soon found that we had to turn the fan off when closing the windows because the air pressure was pain full on our ears but because we could turn the fan on once the windows were closed, we didn't report it. MISTAKE. By early October we discovered the heating only came on when the car was started on 1 side of the car but as the 2nd side kicked in within a minute or 2, again we weren't too worried. By mid November, the drivers side heating was completely shot and only blew out cold air despite being set on high. It went in to be fixed in the 1st week of December. They got it blowing hot but then we couldn't turn the heating down! They also found that we needed brake pads and disks which we had to pay for, bear in mind we'd had the car barely 4 months and it had its 1st mot in July. When we picked the car up (this was the 2nd time it had been in for the heating) we couldn't start it as someone had forgotten we reconnect the battery. Seriously?!?!? Then we had "drivetrain". Nobody at Barons knew why it kept coming on so over Christmas it was back in again. It came out, we were told everything was coming up fine and they still had no idea why drivetrain kept coming on and we "shouldn't worry about it". All in all, I would NEVER buy from Barons Hindhead Mini again and I would recommend no-one else does. I have only given 1 star as no stars isn't an option. We're actually seriously considering a bank loan to pay the damn thing off just to get rid of it
